In October 2013, a number of our Criminal Justice students attended the ACLE regional conference in Newark Delaware. We participated in various competitions, including academic examinations, physical agility tests, firearms competitions, and crime scene competition. We came away with numerous awards, including the coveted “Spirit Award”.
In 2014, we held the first Criminal Justice Organizations Award Ceremony celebrating the successes of our three different clubs: Criminal Justice Club (Sigma Tau Omicron); Honor Society (Nu Beta) and TEAMfit.

Graduate students Alyssa Hanley, Garrett Gittler, and Patrick Ehmann participated in WCU Research Day by presenting posters depicting their graduate-level research.
